PROJECT OVERVIEW
Splashing Back is a community arts project that responded to the 2011 flash flooding which occurred in Toowoomba’s CBD.
Ten local Artists produced individualised, prefabricated mosaic panels to be attached to the exterior of buildings which were inundated in Toowoomba’s floods.
