Why a Postcard Project?
Tourism is a major industry for our city. This is a great opportunity to showcase the creativity of the people of Toowoomba & region through a highly accessible and affordable product: the souvenir postcard.

All aspects of this project will be administered and coordinated by Arts Council Toowoomba Inc.

Proceeds from postcard sales will be used to create more opportunities for artists in the Toowoomba area.

The winners
The winning entries were reproduced as postcards available for sale at highly visible outlets as a fund-raiser for ACT. The artists are acknowledged on the cards and also receive 20 postcards featuring their artwork.

The 2009 project has been postponed until 2010 when it will take a new approach . Watch this site to hear more early next year.
