Arts Council Toowoomba held a successful Strategic Planning Workshop facilitated by Shelley Pissani from Creative Regions dealing with Splashing Back. This proposed project of flood markers commemorating the January 2011 floods has been designed incorporating mosaic panels to be created on flood affected buildings. At the workshop an initial 10 sites were mapped out and procedures were planned that will fit in with council requirements.
